"Kettlebells (despite being horribly painful at the time) is one of my favourite classes as I feel absolutely exhausted after each session. I never was one to go to classes until I started your bootcamp last year and since then I have found that I have improved my fitness levels and body strength to get me to where I am now. So it is thanks to you that I have come this far now as I have never had good guidance from anyone before and you have really given me that and steered me in the direction I have always wanted to go with my health and fitness."

"Just a quick email paying testimony to your classes. I've only attended 2 but what a difference I'm feeling already. I feel more energetic, better mental outlook and the back pain I used to feel on a daily basis has eased 97%. I don't know whether it's the back or core exercises, but which ever it is I'm grateful of the relief and hold my posture better. Looking forward to next class."
